What is the difference between a coffee capsule and a coffee pod?

CAPSULE

Caffé@work’s capsule machines use the Caffitaly capsule system. 

Caffitaly capsules contains pure coffee grounds (or chocolate powder) tightly packed into a capsule casing together with two filters that ensures a perfect coffee extraction.

When the eCap capsule machine is turned on, a hole is punched in the capsule and hot water runs through it to create a smooth flavoursome cup of coffee or chocolate.

POD

Caffé@work’s espresso pod machines use the E.S.E (Easy Serving Espresso) pod system.

E.S.E pods are ready-tamped perfect doses of coffee, packed in a filter paper casing. They simply slip into your Grimac Mia pod machine or your current traditional espresso machine and creates a perfect espresso every time.
